First let me say that the 36 Regiment Website and it's associated Web-pages

makes no money in anyway, in fact I've given up eating two days out of the week

just to keep it online.

The purpose of our web precence is to KEEP ALIVE THE REGIMENT'S HISTORY

AND NAME, AND TO SPARK AN INTEREST TO VISITORS WHO VISIT US IN

OUR REGIMENT IN WHICH WE SHOULD ALL BE PROUD TO HAVE SERVED.

I receive pictures from a great many sources and as you can see from this site that

I try to use as many as possible. Regimental Photographers throughout the

years have taken a great many pictures that have recorded our history.

I understand that pictures taken by professional photographers have been used on

the main 36 Regiment Website and the Photo Album site. In most cases I am not aware

of the photographers names, if you are such a person please contact me so we can come to

some kind of agreement or I can remove the pictures. I also understand copyright

infringement is rampant on the internet, I've used photographs that individuals have sent

because a photograph is of them, a relative or an event. I have no malicious intent to take

credit away from the photographer. So please just drop me an email about any photograph.

The 36 Regiment Website is becoming well known within the internet military community,

and with its growth, many problems. I try to work on the site as much as possible;

it can take a week to a month to change info on this site. The future of this website looks

very good; there are many things that I still hope to incorporate into the site.
